Our System Solutions for Your Facade Details
Our profiles play crucial roles in (ventilated) façade construction and roof finishing:

1. Water Barriers and Drainage: The 0871 aluminium sill ensures controlled water drainage beneath window frames and prevents moisture from penetrating. This profile is also ideal for use as an aluminium drip edge. For more discreet drainage, the 0697 aluminium drip profile acts as a barrier against water accumulation and effectively channels rainwater away from the façade.
   
   

2. Frame and Reveal Finishing: The 0696 aluminium reveal profile provides structural support and ensures a neat finish to the reveals. The 0187 façade connection profile ensures a seamless joint between different components. For horizontal finishing, the 0713 horizontal window profile is the ideal choice, as is our specialised aluminium glass profile for clean glass transitions.
   
   

3. Ventilation and Roof Edge: The 0223 aluminium façade ventilation profile optimises airflow behind the façade elements. For the roof edge, we supply solutions such as the aluminium roof cap, aluminium roof moulding, aluminium cover strip and the aluminium roof edge profile to ensure a watertight connection.

Installation Guidelines and Assembly Engineering

Our profiles are supplied as standard in fixed lengths of 3 meters (custom lengths available on request). During installation, it is mandatory to account for the thermal expansion of aluminium (approx. 1 mm per linear meter). System Recommendation: For a permanently stable fixation, we recommend combining our profiles with our system-approved high-quality self-drilling screws, which can also be powder-coated in your preferred color.
