Fixing HPL invisibly
The first step in the invisible fixing of HPL cladding is to prepare the wall. It is important to make sure that the facade is clean and free of dust and dirt and that there are no protruding elements on which the facade panels get stuck. Then cut the HPL panels to size and apply the glue evenly to the back of the HPL panel. Use a suitable glue, specially designed for HPL facade cladding.
To ensure a watertight seal, a sealant must be applied to the back of the facade panel. This sealant is an important part of the fixing process, because it prevents water or dirt from getting between the facade panel and the wall.
The HPL facade panel can then be placed against the wall and mounted invisibly using drill screws. Repeat these steps for all panels and make sure that the panels fit snugly and that there are no gaps. Use the corner profiles to cover the edges of the panels. Finish the facade by sealing the edges to give the facade a beautiful, high quality look.
